Frasers Centrepoint Trust issues $200m perpetual securities

The net proceeds will be used for new investments amongst others.

Frasers Centrepoint Trust (FCT) has issued $200m subordinated perpetual securities at 3.98% under its $3b multicurrency debt issuance programme.

The net proceeds will be used for new investments, distributions, financing any asset enhancement works, and refinancing any existing borrowings of the group.

The securities will be issued in denominations of $250,000 each and will be payable semi-annually in arrears, from and including the issue date of 2 July 2025.

It may be redeemed in whole, but not in part, on 2 July 2030 and each distribution payment date thereafter at the redemption amount.

The securities will be listed on the Singapore Exchange on 3 July 2025.
