The sale will be conducted by tender, which will close on 18 March 2025 at 3 p.m., according to its marketing agent Edmund Tie & Company.

Located just 180 metres from East Coast Road, the site is near Parkway Parade, Siglap V, i12 Katong, and East Coast Park.
