Freehold residential site at Wilkie Road up for sale at $10m

The 3,306-square-foot site housed five residential strata units.

A freehold residential site at 64 Wilkie Road will be relaunched for a collective sale via tender on 6 April, PropNex announced.

The site will be on sale at a reduced guide price of $10m, or $1,348 per square feet per plot ratio (psf ppr), including the 7% balcony space and land betterment charge.

PropNex first launched the residential site for a collective sale with an adjacent one at 62 Wilkie Road for $19.5m in November 2022.

The Urban Redevelopment Authority zoned the 3,306-square-foot site for residential use with a gross plot ratio of 2.1 under the URA Master Plan 2019 and houses five residential strata units.

The collective sale tender for the property site will close on 12 May at 2:00 pm.
