GuocoLand launches Faber Residence in Clementi

GuocoLand Limited has unveiled Faber Residence, a 399-unit development located within the Faber Walk landed residential area in Clementi.

Units at Faber Residence are being launched with starting prices of about $1,995 per square foot.

A two-bedroom unit of 646 sq. ft. is priced at $1.29m ($1,997 psf), whilst a 797 sq. ft. three-bedroom starts at $1.59m ($1,995 psf).

Four-bedroom units of 1,119 sq. ft. are from $2.39m ($2,136 psf), and five-bedroom units of 1,485 sq. ft. begin at $3.19m ($2,148 psf).

Faber Residence comprises nine five-storey residential blocks on a 25,795.4 sq. m. site in an exclusive part of Clementi.

Faber Residence is within 1 km of Nan Hua Primary School. It is also close to other educational institutions such as Pei Tong Primary School, Clementi Town Secondary School, Singapore Polytechnic, Ngee Ann Polytechnic, and the National University of Singapore (NUS).
