HDB resale volume climbs 9.1% MoM in December
Year-on-year, resale volume rose by 5.9%.
HDB resale volume rose 9.1% MoM and 5.9% YoY in December, with 2,129 units transacted.
4 Room (46%) accounted for most of the resale transactions in December by room type, followed by 3 Room (25.4%), 5 Room (22.74%), and Executive (6.2%).
By estate, non-mature estates took the lion’s share of transactions (58.6%). The remaining 41.4% were from mature estates.
The mature estate had the top transaction in December, with
the resale of a 5-room flat at Bishan St 24 for $1.5m.
In the non-mature estates, the highest transacted price was $1.1m for an Executive flat at Jelebu Rd.
