HDB resale volumes fall 1.1% MoM in May

Year-on-year, it was 10% lower.

There were 2,284 HDB resale flats transacted in May, down 1.1% from April, SRX and 99.co reported.

Year-on-year, resale volumes in May were 10% lower.

By room type, 24.8% of the HDB resale volumes came from 3-room, 45% from 4-room, 24.3% from 5-room, and 5.9% from executive.

By estate, 58.4% came from non-mature estates whilst the remaining 41.6% was from mature estates.

There were 143 HDB resale flats transacted for at least $1m.

The most expensive transaction for the period was $1.6m for a 5-room flat at Pinnacle@Duxton. In non-mature estates, the highest transacted price was $1.15m for an executive flat at Hougang Central.
