Home purchases by foreigners slightly increases in November

Fourteen foreigners purchased a residential property last month.

The number of foreigners who purchased a residential property slightly increased in November to 14, data from Huttons showed.

Of the total purchases by foreigners, nine were in the Core Central Region (CCR), one was in the Rest of Central Region (RCR0 and four were in the Outside Central Region (OCR).

Comparing the number of foreigner purchases to Singaporeans' and permanent residents' purchases, the proportion would be 1.8% to 99%.
