Lendlease opens its first senior living community in China

Ardor Gardens - Yi Pu Hui is its flagship community in the country.

Lendlease announced the grand opening of Ardor Gardens - Yi Pu Hui, its flagship senior living community in China.

The first phase, Autumn Garden, officially opened, with the remaining phases expected to be completed with the year.

The property is located on the banks of Dianshan Lake and is surrounded by nature. The low-density senior living community consists of more than 20 buildings of four to six floors with more than 800 furnished apartments.

Justin Gabbani, CEO, Asia, Lendlease, had said that this marks the arrival of their senior living concept.

“The opening of Ardor Gardens - Yi Pu Hui is an important milestone for Lendlease's growth in China, marking the official arrival of our international senior living concept. With our deep expertise and experience from Australia, we hope to serve Chinese seniors who are looking forward to a high-quality senior lifestyle. We will continue to deepen our placemaking expertise in the Chinese market and create value through communities that thrive," Gabbani said.

The project is also the first to attain the WELL Health and Safety Rating.

Ding Hui, Managing Director, Lendlease China,  said that this reflected Lendlease’s service quality when it came to the senior living community.

“Our service quality reflects the intangible strengths of a senior living community and determines the satisfaction and recognition of the community by its residents. With our focus on bringing top-notch service supported by premium amenities, Ardor Gardens incorporates smart and universal design features that enable residents to fully enjoy convenient and worry-free senior living," said Hui.

The people you want to reach are already in this room.

Every quarter, SBR lands on the desks of the founders, CFOs, and directors running Asia's most consequential companies. Every day, they open our newsletter and read our website. It's a room that took twenty years to build — and it's the one most of our partners are trying to get into.

The good news is that the door is open. We work with companies on thought leadership articles, sponsored content, industry summits across Southeast Asia, regional awards programmes, podcasts, and media placements in print and digital. The shape of the right partnership depends on what you're trying to do, which is why we'd rather start with a conversation than send a rate card.

If you have something this room should know about, tell us. We'll tell you honestly whether we can help, and how.

No rate cards until we understand the brief. It's a better use of everyone's time.
