Lumina Grand sells 61 units on second balloting

The project has now sold close to 70% of its units.

City Developments Limited’s (CDL) Lumina Grand sold 61 units in its second balloting, data from Huttons showed.

According to Huttons, the project has sold close to 70% of its units after one month of sales.

Of the 61 units sold in the second balloting, 59 were 3- and 4-bedroom units.

Most buyers from the second balloting were from the Bukit Batok, Choa Chu Kang and Bukit Panjang areas.

“Almost all buyers opt for the deferred payment scheme. Opting for a deferred payment scheme allows buyers to have the best of both worlds,” Huttons said.

“They can still upgrade their lifestyle yet conserve their cash for a safety net,” Huttons added.
