The recorded occupancy is above the US Class A average of 83%.

Manulife US REIT (MUST) said its portfolio occupancy reached 91.7% in Q1 2022, above the US Class A average of 83%.

In an operational update, the REIT also said it's expecting a positive rental revision for the quarter given its long weighted average lease expiry (WALE) of five years.

MUST have 68,000 sq ft of executed leases with 3.9% rental reversion in Q1 which ended 31 Mar. Of the total, 54.0% were new leases, whilst 46.0% were renewals.

The REIT said companies in the accounting, real estate, finance, and insurance sectors leased their properties during the quarter.

Meanwhile, MUST's weighted average interest rate stood at 2.86%. A 1% increase in interest rate will impact the REIT's distribution per unit (DPU) by US$0.075 ($0.10).

The people you want to reach are already in this room.

Every quarter, SBR lands on the desks of the founders, CFOs, and directors running Asia's most consequential companies. Every day, they open our newsletter and read our website. It's a room that took twenty years to build — and it's the one most of our partners are trying to get into.
The good news is that the door is open. We work with companies on thought leadership articles, sponsored content, industry summits across Southeast Asia, regional awards programmes, podcasts, and media placements in print and digital. The shape of the right partnership depends on what you're trying to do, which is why we'd rather start with a conversation than send a rate card.
If you have something this room should know about, tell us. We'll tell you honestly whether we can help, and how.

No rate cards until we understand the brief. It's a better use of everyone's time.
