New home sales skyrocketed by over 300% to 1,594 units in July

High Park Residences drove sales.

The successful launch of High Park Residences in last month caused overall developer sales to surge to 1,594 units, an increase of over 300% from 375 units in June.

According to the Urban Redevelopment Authority, High Park Residences at Fernvale Road sold a total of 1,169 units last month, at an average price of $989 psf.

Last month's sales figure also represents a significant jump from 511 units sold in the same period last month.

Including Executive Condominiums (ECs), developers sold a total of 2,089 units.
