Over 12,000 HDB flats up for grabs in Q4

HDB said it is on track to launch 23,000 flats in 2023.

HDB is offering 6,800 build-to-order flats for its October sales launch, and another 6,000 flats in December.

The October BTO flats will be located in Choa Chu Kang, Kallang Whampoa, Queenstown, and Tengah.

The final sales exercise of 2023, which will be held in December, will offer flats in Bukit Panjang, Jurong West, Woodlands, Bedok, Bishan, Bukit Merah, and Queenstown.

Numbers are subject to review as more project details are firmed up closer to the launch date, HDB said.
