Prices of completed non-landed homes slipped 0.1% in April

Units in central regions led the decline.

Prices of completed non-landed private homes declined 0.1% in April, the National University of Singapore (NUS) Singapore Residential Price Index Series (SRPI) showed today.

Prices of flats in the Central Region excluding small units fell 0.1%. The Central region sub-basket comprises properties located in Postal Districts 1 through 4 and 9 through 11

Prices flats in other regions remained flat. Prices of small units up to 506 square feet increased 0.4%.
