Private condo resale prices down 0.7% in April

OCR homes saw the biggest drop.

Non-landed private residential resale prices registered a 0.7% month-on-month decline in April, data from SRX Property showed today.

OCR homes saw the largest price decline at 1.5%. Resale prices of CCR properties slipped by a marginal 0.1%, while prices in the RCR increased by 0.4%.

An estimated 440 non-landed private residential units were resold in last month, a 2.7% decrease compared to 452 units resold in March.

Year-on-year, resale volume was 1.9% higher compared with 432 units resold in April 2014, while resale prices were 4% lower.
