PropNex garners 48 cheques for Eleven@Holland; 7 more homes for sale

The seven properties will be put up for sale via tender, closing on 12PM on 12 June.

PropNex Reality revealed that it has amassed 48 cheques from buyers for landed properties at Holland Link in District, with prices ranging from $3.71m to over $4.4m each.

The properties carry a unit price of $1,000 per square foot or higher based on strata area. The transactions are pending the mortgagee’s approval and the buyers signing a sales & purchase agreement.

The property agent had earlier announced the mortgage sale of 48 landed homes at Eleven @ Holland, a housing project comprising 82 semi-detached houses. The properties were completed in 2014 and have a 99-year leasehold land tenure commencing from December 2010.

A further 7 semi-detached homes at Eleven@Holland have also hit the market. The properties feature 3 storeys with an attic and basement, 5 bedrooms, and 5 bathrooms. The average strata area is 3,735 sqft.

Six units come with tenancies, whilst another unit will be sold with vacant possession.

These properties will be put up for sale via tender, which will close at 12PM, on 12 June. Interested buyers can contact any PropNex salespersons to book a viewing appointment, which will take place on 10 June between 9AM and 6PM. Tender bids must be submitted at the PropNex office before the tender deadline.

A NOTE FROM SINGAPORE BUSINESS REVIEW

If you've been wondering whether SBR could work for your company — yes, probably.

A lot of the companies we partner with started as readers. They'd been following our coverage for a while, saw their own customers and competitors in it, and eventually asked the obvious question: could we do something with you? The answer is usually yes. The shape of it depends on what you're trying to do.

The options are broader than most people assume — thought leadership articles, sponsored content, industry summits across Southeast Asia, regional awards programmes, podcasts, and media placements in print and digital. Some partners use one channel; most use a mix. We figure out the right combination by starting with your brief, not with our rate card.

So if the question has been on your mind, here's the easy way to ask it.

We'll tell you honestly whether we can help, and how. It's a better use of everyone's time.
