Cushman & Wakefield announced the sale of a rare Good Class Bungalow (GCB) plot at Dalvey Estate along Nassim Road enclave via an expression of interest (EOI).

Priced at $60m or $2,742 psf on land area, the freehold property is located adjacent to the Orchard Road shopping belt and key institutions, including Gleneagles Hospital.

It is also near schools such as Singapore Chinese Girls' School, Anglo-Chinese School (Primary), Nanyang Primary School, St Joseph’s Institution, and Hwa Chong Institution.

The EOI will close on Tuesday, 11 February at 3:00 pm.
