Resale HDB at Queenstown hit a record price of SGD1M for the first time

Overall resale HDB prices hit a record high of $448,000; here's what to blame.

According to SRX flash report, overall median COV increased in the first 2 months of 2012Q3 to $30,000 after holding steady at $27,000 in the first half of 2012.

As a result, overall median HDB price continued to increase by 1.8% to hit a record high of $448,000.

For the first time, an executive HDB hit a record price of $1 million in Queenstown with a COV of $195,000. It is still pending first appointment.
