Residential owner listings drop to 24 in Q3

Of the total, 14 were non-landed and 10 were landed homes.

Residential owner listings halved in Q3, dropping to 24 from 47 in Q2.

Of the total listings, 14 were non-landed and 10 were landed homes.

Knight Frank said over half of the non-landed residential listings were freehold.

The expert attributed the decline in residential owner listings to homeowners waiting for interest rate cuts to affect the home loan market, hoping for increased buyer demand as financing conditions ease.

In the commercial segment, office owner listings rose by two, while retail listings dropped by two.

Meanwhile, industrial owner listings dropped to eight from 15.

The eight listings comprise five freehold industrial units and three 60-year leasehold factories.
