
Residential redevelopment site in District 10 for sale for $175m

A residential redevelopment site situated on a 999-year leasehold land in District 10 is up for collective sale through public tender for $175m or $2,096 per square foot, according to Colliers.
In a statement, Colliers said the property, Charming Garden, houses 32 apartment units on a 7,837 square metres (sqm) elevated site.
The redevelopment plan for the four-storey residential property at 138 and 140 King’s Road may be redeveloped back to the approved flats building form, as advised by the Urban Redevelopment Authority, it said.

It added that the gross floor area (GFA) for the newly redeveloped condominium should not exceed the existing GFA of 7,756 square metres.
Colliers said the public tender for the site will close on 17 January 2023 at 3 pm.
