This is the secret behind The Poiz Residences’ extremely strong sales

Units are small and relatively affordable.

Homes in the Outside Central Region have dominated new home sales in past months, but The Poiz Residences at Potong Pasir bucked this trend when it topped the charts in November.

Analysts at OrangeTee Research believe that the project’s success can be attributed to its relative affordability and its proximity to transport infrastructure.

“The encouraging sales performance of The Poiz Residence is evidence that smallish affordable units continue to remain in favour with buyers’ demand – the median size of units sold in November by The Poiz Residences is 54 sqm,” said OrangeTee.

“With the market heading into uncertain waters coupled with the large volumes of impending completions, mixed developments near a transport infrastructure and/or better located projects, have seen better demand due to their higher ‘rentability’. Other projects which do not have such favourable attributes may have to create a niche to level the playing field,” said the report.

The people you want to reach are already in this room.

Every quarter, SBR lands on the desks of the founders, CFOs, and directors running Asia's most consequential companies. Every day, they open our newsletter and read our website. It's a room that took twenty years to build — and it's the one most of our partners are trying to get into.

The good news is that the door is open. We work with companies on thought leadership articles, sponsored content, industry summits across Southeast Asia, regional awards programmes, podcasts, and media placements in print and digital. The shape of the right partnership depends on what you're trying to do, which is why we'd rather start with a conversation than send a rate card.

If you have something this room should know about, tell us. We'll tell you honestly whether we can help, and how.

No rate cards until we understand the brief. It's a better use of everyone's time.
