Sing Holdings and Sunway Developments hold top bid for second Chuan Grove site

URA has closed the tender.

The Urban Redevelopment Authority (URA) closed the tender for the second site at Chuan Grove, with Sing Holdings Residential Pte. Ltd. and Sunway Developments Pte. Ltd together holding the highest bid at $623.91m

The two also held the highest bid for the first Chuan Grove public tender at $703.6m.

Meanwhile, CCOLI (Singapore) Pte. Ltd. was the second highest bidder at $606.06m, Intrepid Investments Pte. Ltd. and TID Residential Pte. Ltd. at third with $588m, Sim Lian Land Pte Ltd and Sim Lian Development Pte Ltd at fourth with $581m, and Japura Development Pte Ltd at $469.16m

URA, however, said that the announcement of the tender award will not yet be made until after the bids have been evaluated.
