Six new sites to yield 3,900 homes: MND

The Government today announced the 2H2014 Government Land Sales Programme, which includes six new residential sites located across all regions.

The new locations are located in Sembawang Road/Canberra Link, Lorong Puntong, Tampines Road, Anchorvale Crescent, Woodlands Avenue, and Jurong West Street 41.

These sites are expected to provide a supply of about 3,900 private residential units, including 1,500 executive condominium units.

These units will be added to the existing large pipeline supply of more than 90,000 private residential units.
