Six residential sites up for grabs this month

To provide developers and home-buyers with more choices for private housing, the Urban Redevelopment Authority and Housing & Development Board are releasing six residential sites for sale this month. Together, these sites will yield about 2,380 units as part of the total 14,100 resHomeidential units to be released under the Government Land Sales Programme for 1st half 2012.

The 3 land parcels at Sengkang Square, Buangkok Drive and Pasir Ris Drive 3, which can yield about 1,780 housing units, are launched for sale under the Confirmed List. In addition, 2 other residential sites at Alexandra View and Farrer Drive are also made available for application on the Reserve List. The land parcel at Farrer Road will be released for sale on the Reserve List on April 30.
