A residential redevelopment site at 132 Sophia Road in Prime District 9 has been launched for sale via tender.

The property has a land area of 1,280.5 sqm or 13,783 sq ft, with a gross plot ratio of 2.1.

Knight Frank is offering the property for sale on a 103-year leasehold tenure, with a price starting at $35m.

 The price translates to a land rate of  $1,221 per square foot per plot ratio (psf ppr), inclusive of a nominal land betterment charge.
