Trendale Tower for sale with $178m guide price

Tender closes on 13 September at 3PM.

Trendale Tower has been launched for public tender with a guide price of S$178m, Savills Singapore announced.

The 20-storey freehold development features 18 apartments at 298 square meter (sqm) each. Situated at 79 Cairnhill Road, the tower is less than 500 meters away from Newton MRT Interchange station, and will be connected to the upcoming Thomson-East Coast MRT line.

Its guide price of S$178m works out to S$2,386 per plot ratio, factoring in the 7% bonus GFA for balconies. 

The tender closes on 13 September at 3PM.
