Two adjoining Gentle Road properties sell for $30.9m 

Pinnacle Projects won the tender for the properties.

Pinnacle Projects acquired two adjoining freehold properties at 43 and 45 Gentle Road via tender for $30.9m.

The tender for the property closed on 16 November 2023.

According to Knight Frank, the sale price was above the guide price of $30m or a land rate of S$1,940 per square foot (psf).

Located in District 11’s Chancery, the two properties span a total land area of 1,479.3 sqm or 15,923 sqft and are zoned “Residential – 2-story mixed-landed.”
