UOL, SingLand unveil Pinetree Hill in Mount Sinai

Sales will start on 15 July whilst preview kicks off on 29 June.

UOL Group and SingLand have unveiled Pinetree Hill, touted as the first major residential development to be built in Mount Sinai in 14 years. 

The 99-year leasehold development will offer one-bedroom to five-bedroom units, ranging from 538 sqft to 1,733 sqft. One exclusive penthouse of 2,874 sq ft will also be available for sale. 

Units will be priced from $2,236 per square foot, with a one bedroom + study unit starting at $1.248m. Two bedroom units will start at $1.588m; three-bedroom units from $2.198m; a four-bedroom from $3.173m; and a five-bedroom from $4.268m. 

Pinetree Hill will have a total of 520 units spread across three 24-storey towers, overlooking Clementi Forest and the Bukit Timah Nature Reserve.  

Located at Pine Grove, the development is within a 1 kilometer radius from Henry Park Primary School and Pei Tong Primary School, and near the business hubs at one-north and Science Park.

Sales will start on 15 July, whilst preview will be on 29 June.
