URA and HDB open tenders for 3 residential plots

The sites are located at Lakeside Drive, Dunearn Road, and Woodlands Drive 17.

The Urban Redevelopment Authority (URA) and Housing & Development Board (HDB) have launched three residential sites for sale under the first half of the 2025 Government Land Sales (GLS) Programme.

The sites are located at Lakeside Drive, Dunearn Road, and Woodlands Drive 17.

The Lakeside Drive and Dunearn Road sites are intended for private residential development, with the potential to yield 575 and 380 units respectively.

The site at Woodlands Drive 17 is designated for Executive Condominium (EC) use and can yield up to 420 units.

These three sites are part of the Confirmed List under the 1H2025 GLS programme, which will release a total of 5,030 residential units to meet housing demand and support market stability.

The government said it will continue to supply private residential land through future GLS programmes, adjusting the supply based on current economic conditions and developments in the property market.

Tenders for the Lakeside Drive, Dunearn Road, and Woodlands Drive 17 sites will close at 12 noon on 3 June, 26 June, and 5 August 2025, respectively.

A NOTE FROM SINGAPORE BUSINESS REVIEW

The people you want to reach are already in this room.

Every quarter, SBR lands on the desks of the founders, CFOs, and directors running Asia's most consequential companies. Every day, they open our newsletter and read our website. It's a room that took twenty years to build — and it's the one most of our partners are trying to get into.

The good news is that the door is open. We work with companies on thought leadership articles, sponsored content, industry summits across Southeast Asia, regional awards programmes, podcasts, and media placements in print and digital. The shape of the right partnership depends on what you're trying to do, which is why we'd rather start with a conversation than send a rate card.

If you have something this room should know about, tell us. We'll tell you honestly whether we can help, and how.

No rate cards until we understand the brief. It's a better use of everyone's time.
