URA launches two River Valley Green residential sites for sale

Combined, they can potentially yield 960 residential units.

The Urban Redevelopment Authority (URA) has released two residential sites at River Valley Green for sale.

The site at River Valley Green (Parcel A), launched under the Confirmed List, is expected to yield a potential 380 residential units. It has a site area of 9,291.1 square meters, and a maximum gross floor area (GFA) of 32,519 square meters.

It has a maximum building height of 164 based on the Singapore Height Datum (SHD) and a lease period of 99 years.

Another site (Parcel B), listed under the Reserve List, can yield a potential of 580 units including long-stay serviced apartments, URA said.

It has a site area of 11,737 square meters, and a maximum GFA of 41,080 square meters. It has a maximum building height of 164 based on the Singapore Height Datum (SHD) and a lease period of 99 years.

The tender for Parcel A closes on 12NN, 19 June. Parcel B is available for application.

The two sites form part of the 5,450 residential units to be made available via the Confirmed List of the H1 2024 GLS programme.
