Valerian Residential tops Zion Road Parcel B bid with $730m offer

The tender closed on 18 July. 

Valerian Residential's bid of approximately $730.09m was the highest amongst the two bids received for the site at Zion Road in the Urban Redevelopment Authority (URA) tender.

The second bid, which was about $660.8m, came from a partnership between Intrepid Investments and Hong Realty.

The tender closed on 18 July. The lease period for the site is 99 years. 

The minimum price for the site was set at $604.58m.
