Yamada Green acquires Osaka rental asset for $1.75m
12 fully tenanted units generated $0.11m in annual rental.
Yamada Green Resources Limited agreed to acquire a freehold three-storey residential building and land in Toyonaka City, Osaka, for $1.75m (JPY 208.0m). A $0.07m (JPY 10.0m) deposit was paid at signing, with $1.67m (JPY 198.0m) due at completion.
The property has 12 fully occupied units generating about $0.11m (JPY 12.6m) in annual rent. The asset will contribute rental income from January 2026 and complements earlier Osaka acquisitions disclosed on 12 May, 18 July and 26 August 2025, diversifying the Group’s property income away from the People’s Republic of China.
The acquisition is conditional on bank borrowings approval by 20 December 2025; failing approval, the agreement lapses and payments are refundable. Completion is scheduled for 26 December 2025, with funding from bank borrowings and internal resources.
The transaction’s relative figures are 9.8% for consideration versus market capitalisation and 0.5% for net profit attributable to the asset, with no shareholder approval required.
