Yanlord Land prepared to address possible property dev't delays in China

It currently has projects in 20 cities in China. 

Real estate developer, Yanlord Land, said it has management teams prepared to monitor and address issues projects in China in case the health situation there worsens.

In a statement, the firm said it expects delivery schedules in property developments in China to be delayed if COVID-19 situation worsens and stricter health rules are enforced by the China government.

It currently has projects in 20 cities in China where management teams will monitor the construction progress, pre-sales launch schedule, and delivery status, with up-to-date plans being made depending on the prevailing circumstances such as raising the number of work shifts for speedy construction of projects.

Yanlord said work disruptions and mobility restrictions did not significantly affect its business in China. 

Due to strict COVID-19 measures, Yanlord said its construction sites in Shanghai are shuttered, with construction workers being quarantined in dormitories in sites under close system management.
