Japan crisis may drag down Singapore shipments:OCBC

Recent NODX figures came in disappointing, although OCBC's and market forecasts did have little impact in the market given the nuclear crisis in Japan.

According to OCBC, in the year-do-date, export growth is still in the double digit territory, providing a decent boost to the overall growth prospect.

In the coming months, however, Singapore may see some drop in shipments due to the crisis unfolding in Japan.
