Japfa to delist from SGX on 6 June

The company was originally scheduled to delist on 10 June.

Japfa will be delisted from the official list of the Singapore Exchange (SGX) with effect from Friday, 6 June at 9:00 am.

This is earlier than the initially announced delisting date of 10 June.

The delisting follows the completion of the privatisation offer made by TAC 1 Pte. Ltd. and TAC 2 Pte. Ltd. through the acquisition of all Japta shares by way of a scheme of arrangement.

In a bourse filing, the group said that it has received confirmation that payment of the adjusted scheme consideration has been made to each entitled scheme shareholder on Tuesday, 3 June.
