MoneyMax Treasure issues $500m medium term note programme due 2028

MoneyMax Treasure Pte. Ltd. issued on 30 October a $500m multicurrency medium term note programme due 2028.

It launched and priced $30m in aggregate principal amount of 5.00 per cent on 3 November 2025.

The $30m notes will be issued at an issue price of 100 per cent of their principal amount plus accrued interest from 30 October to the issue date, which is expected to on 10 November and in denominations of $250,000 or integral multiples, according to a bourse filing.  

The notes will bear interest at a fixed rate of 5.00 per cent per annum, payable semi-annually in arrear on 30 April and 30 October of each year, commencing on 30 April 2026.

These notes shall mature on 30 October 2028, MoneyMax said.

DBS Bank Ltd. has been appointed as the sole global coordinator, lead manager, and bookrunner for the note programme of MoneyMax Treasure.
