Ntegrator ordered to wind up by High Court

Baker Tilly Consultancy has been named as the liquidator of the company.

The High Court of the Republic of Singapore has ordered Ntegrator Holdings Limited to wound up operations on 24 January 2025.

Baker Tilly Consultancy (Singapore) has been appointed as the liquidator of the company.

In an SGX announcement, Ntegrator said that it respects the decision.

The company said that it is “currently evaluating its options for further action after receiving the court's detailed grounds and confirms that the group’s operations will remain as usual.”

Established in 2002, Ntegrators is a telecommunications network services provider.
