SingTel CEO pay rises 16.8% to $8.2m in FY2025

Yuen’s compensation package comprised a $1.3m base salary.

SingTel Group CEO Yuen Kuan Moon took home $8.2m in total remuneration for the financial year ended March 31, 2025, a 16.8% increase from the $7m he received in FY2024.

According to SingTel’s annual report, Yuen’s compensation package comprised a $1.3m base salary and a $2.2m cash bonus, which accounted for 27% of his total pay.

Yuen also received approximately $77,808 in benefits, a 1.8% year-on-year rise, which included car and flexible benefits, as well as non-cash perks such as medical coverage and club membership.

In addition, he was awarded around $2.2m in restricted share awards, which will vest in equal tranches over three years, subject to his continued employment with the company.

Moreover, the chief executive also received close to $2.4m in performance share awards.

Yuen has led SingTel as group CEO since 2021.
