Singtel tops Singapore mobile rankings in H1
The telco posted a median download speed of 296.76 Mbps and an upload speed of 28.84 Mbps.
Singtel has cemented its position as Singapore’s leading mobile operator in the first half of 2025, clinching the top spot in Ookla’s latest Speedtest Connectivity Report with a Speedtest Connectivity Score of 85.20.
The telco posted a median download speed of 296.76 Mbps and an upload speed of 28.84 Mbps, outperforming rivals in key mobile performance metrics.
Whilst Singtel dominated overall mobile and gaming performance, M1 claimed victory in the Best 5G Video Experience category with a score of 87.81.
In the fixed broadband arena, MyRepublic led the pack, delivering median speeds of 421.38 Mbps down and 338.96 Mbps up, and securing the top spot for ISP gaming experience.
According to the report, Singtel also ranked first for fastest mobile and 5G networks, as well as mobile gaming experience.
M1 stood out for its video streaming quality on 5G, whilst MyRepublic maintained a strong hold over fixed broadband performance and gaming quality for home connections.
