StarHub appoints DBS Singapore's Han Kwee Juan as independent non-executive director

Han will also be part of the Risk and Sustainability Committee.

StarHub has appointed Han Kwee Juan, the Group Executive and Country Head of DBS Singapore, as an independent non-executive director.

Han will also serve as a member of the Risk and Sustainability Committee (RSC).

StarHub said Han will undergo training on the roles and responsibilities of a director of listed issuers as the stock exchange prescribes.

Han also serves in the Singapore Institute of Technology, Association of Banks of Singapore, and Institute of International Finance.

Before DBS, he served as CEO of Citibank Singapore.
