Singapore startup Parcel Perform expands to Europe

It will also partner with Coureon Logistics to offer multi-carrier logistics for European e-commerce retailers.

Singapore startup Parcel Perform, a SaaS platform covering 600 logistics carriers worldwide, is expanding into Europe with a new office in Germany, an announcement revealed.

The new European team will focus on working with Parcel Perform's existing customers in Europe and further grow Parcel Perform's customer base in the European e-commerce markets.

Parcel Perform will also partner with Coureon Logistics, a digital logistics provider for national and international shipping, to offer end-to-end multi-carrier logistics from parcel booking to parcel tracking for e-commerce retailers in Europe.

Parcel Perform is introducing a global brand refresh along with new logistics intelligence features on its platform. New features include enhanced realtime reporting to analyse logistics performance and an improved dashboard.

"Our customers have seen at least 10% increase in revenue through upselling and increased touchpoints, 30% reduction in customer service costs and a 10% reduction in last mile costs by using Parcel Perform," said Dana von der Heide, founder and chief commercial officer, Parcel Perform.

A NOTE FROM SINGAPORE BUSINESS REVIEW

The people you want to reach are already in this room.

Every quarter, SBR lands on the desks of the founders, CFOs, and directors running Asia's most consequential companies. Every day, they open our newsletter and read our website. It's a room that took twenty years to build — and it's the one most of our partners are trying to get into.

The good news is that the door is open. We work with companies on thought leadership articles, sponsored content, industry summits across Southeast Asia, regional awards programmes, podcasts, and media placements in print and digital. The shape of the right partnership depends on what you're trying to do, which is why we'd rather start with a conversation than send a rate card.

If you have something this room should know about, tell us. We'll tell you honestly whether we can help, and how.

No rate cards until we understand the brief. It's a better use of everyone's time.
