Almost 20,000 COEs up for grabs from May to July

Quota jumped by 41.1%.

Data released today by the Land Transport Authority showed that a total of 19,912 Certificates of Entitlement (COEs) will be made available from May to July this year, a 41.1% increase compared to the previous three-month quota.

There will be 8,588 Cat A COEs available from May to July, which translates to a monthly quota of 2,853.

Meanwhile, there will be 5,569 COEs available for Cat B vehicles, representing a monthly quota of 1,856.

Another 2,208 COEs will be made available for Goods and vehicle buses, while 1,959 COEs will be made available for motorcycles.

There will also be 1,618 COEs available under the open category.
