Does Singapore have enough EV charging infrastructure?

Globally, the sharing ratio is 9.6.

With the rapid expansion of venture-capital-backed electric vehicle (EV) Charging Point Operators (CPO) in Singapore, the country managed to have one of the lowest sharing ratios in Asia Pacific (APAC) at 2.1.

Globally, the sharing ratio is 9.6, meaning 10 electric vehicles share one charging point.

As of the end of 2022, there were 2.7 million publicly accessible charging points worldwide.

Data from CBRE showed that 80% of public chargers are in Mainland, China and Korea.
