It will launch a rewards programme for drivers who have completed over 1,000 trips since November.
Indonesian ride-hailing platform GoJek hit the milestone of 10 million completed trips in Singapore after six months of operations in the city-state, according to an announcement.
“Following its launch into the Singapore market, GoJek has also been continuously enhancing its offering by using feedback submitted by users. Number masking was recently implemented on the platform to improve privacy for both its riders and driver-partners,” Lien Choong Luen, general manager of GoJek Singapore, said. Number masking is a technique which uses a short-lived phone number for both the driver and the rider during a specific time period.
GoJek further revealed that the firm will launch a rewards programme called “Driver Milestones” for those who have completed 1,000, 2,500 and 5,000 trips since the service’s launch in November.

The programme was initially launched in partnership with petrol payer Esso and DBS Bank to provide drivers with competitive fuel rebates of up to 32.4% in Singapore.
