Singaporean logistics firm GLP eyes IPO launch of China business

The IPO is set to launch next year.

Singapore-incorporated logistics company GLP is preparing to launch an initial public offering (IPO) of its China business, a report by Bloomberg said.

“We’re preparing for an IPO of the China business in 2026,” said Gunther Hamm, a partner at Hopu and a board member of GLP, during a panel at the SuperReturn Asia conference in Singapore.

GLP is a global business builder that develops, owns and operates logistics real estate, data centres, renewable energy, and related technologies across Asia, Europe, and the Americas; it was formerly listed on SGX before being privatised in 2018. GLP also launched Ada Infrastructure, its dedicated global data-centre platform
