SPX, Frasers Property Vietnam partner to build automated sorting centre in Hung Yen
Construction will start in Q3 2025.
SPX Express (SPX) has signed an agreement with Frasers Property Vietnam to develop a 170,000 sqm automated sorting centre in Hung Yen province. This will be SPX’s largest facility in Southeast Asia.
The new centre will feature two-storey cross-docking with 158 docks and over 700 sorting destinations.
The sorting centre will also house next-generation two-storey Automated Sorting Machines (ASMs), capable of processing up to 7 million parcels daily.
Construction is set to begin in the third quarter of 2025, with completion planned for the fourth quarter of 2027. The project is anticipated to create thousands of jobs, stimulate local economic growth, and contribute significantly to the development of Hung Yen province and Vietnam’s national logistics infrastructure.
This project follows SPX’s earlier collaboration with Frasers Property on a 106,000 sqm sorting centre at BDIP Premium Industrial Park completed earlier this year.
