Aqua Munda extends tender, appoints non-executive director

The tender invitation period will close on 9 March.

Aqua Munda has extended its invitation period for its 2018-2019 notes tender until 9 March, the company announced in a press release.

The company added that it is willing to discuss a provision of up to $138.07m (US$100m) to Hyflux, on top of the $208m already committed to the existing transaction.

Aqua Munda has also appointed Rizal Ramli, an Indonesian politician, as the non-executive director of Aqua Munda. Before taking on the role in Aqua Munda, Ramli has served as coordinating minister of maritime affairs (2015-2016), coordinating minister for
economic affairs (2000-2001) and Minister of Finance (2001).
