King Wan secures $43.7m new mechanical and electrical contracts

The projects are scheduled to be completed between 2027 and 2028.

King Wan Corporation Limited has secured new mechanical and electrical contracts worth $43.7m from October 2024 to December 2024.

These include sanitary, plumbing and gas installation works for the proposed condominium housing at Pine Grove and Lentor Central with 552 and 477 units, respectively.

Additionally, the  contracts included the supply and installation of air-conditioning and mechanical ventilation works for the proposed development at Upper Bukit Timah Road and in the proposed single-user industrial development at Jurong Port Road.

Under the contracts, the projects are scheduled to be completed between 2027 and 2028.
