New investor knocks on Hyflux's door

The proposed terms of the investment has not yet been revealed.

Another company, Longview International Holdings, has expressed interest to invest in beleaguered water treatment firm Hyflux along with an undisclosed “major” Chinese entity as a joint venture partner, according to an SGX filing.

A letter sent by the potential investor to Hyflux invites the company to engage with the joint venture to explore the terms on which the joint venture would be prepared to invest. The proposed terms of the investment has not yet been revealed.

According to Accounting and Corporate Regulatory Authority’s (ACRA) database, Longview International Holdings is a management consultancy services firm headquartered in The Metropolis.
