ST Engineering's Aerospace arm extends partnership with Honeywell

It will leverage Honeywell’s technologies to provide a one-stop MRO shop.

ST Engineering’s Aerospace arm has entered into a long-term collaboration with Honeywell that will have ST Engineering acting as a licensed repair centre for Honeywell components.

Being Honeywell’s channel partner, ST Engineering will be using Honeywell’s advanced technologies and software solutions to provide one-stop component repair and overhaul services for operators worldwide. Under this agreement, ST Engineering becomes an official member of Honeywell Channel Partner network, and will have access to Honeywell’s maintenance document and technical support for over 2,000 individual part numbers from avionics to electrical and mechanical components.

ST Engineering’s Aerospace Arm delivers comprehensive components repair and overhaul solutions. ST Engineering set up its first component MRO facility in Vietnam through a joint venture with Vietnam Airlines to cater to the region’s rising needs for component MRO services.

Lim Serh Ghee, president of ST Engineering’s Aerospace sector, said, “We are always building on our value proposition to enhance operators’ fleet maintenance experience, and we see long-term collaboration with OEMs such as Honeywell as a way to achieve exactly that. Our expertise in MRO services and comprehensive engineering capabilities, together with Honeywell’s parts and technical support, will help ensure reliable and quality services for operators looking for best-in-class component MRO support.”

A NOTE FROM SINGAPORE BUSINESS REVIEW

The people you want to reach are already in this room.

Every quarter, SBR lands on the desks of the founders, CFOs, and directors running Asia's most consequential companies. Every day, they open our newsletter and read our website. It's a room that took twenty years to build — and it's the one most of our partners are trying to get into.

The good news is that the door is open. We work with companies on thought leadership articles, sponsored content, industry summits across Southeast Asia, regional awards programmes, podcasts, and media placements in print and digital. The shape of the right partnership depends on what you're trying to do, which is why we'd rather start with a conversation than send a rate card.

If you have something this room should know about, tell us. We'll tell you honestly whether we can help, and how.

No rate cards until we understand the brief. It's a better use of everyone's time.
