Changi Airport signs MoU with HMIA to boost aviation ties

Changi Airport Group (CAG) and Haikou Meilan International Airport (HMIA) signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) to strengthen cooperation across aviation-related areas, including connectivity, cargo services, and talent development.
According to a joint statement, the MoU aims to enhance exchanges and joint efforts between the two airports, particularly in supporting passenger and cargo traffic between Singapore and Hainan.
Changi Airport Group said the collaboration is intended to promote mutual learning in airport operations and service management.
